Estimated delivery time
What you buy from HerbChina2000.com is the best genuine Chinese herbal formula which is custom made on a single order base and actually shipped from China. Above shipping rates and delivery time are based on an estimate of orders shipping to the continental United States. If you order items from us from outside the United States, we do NOT charge extra shipping costs to ship to your location no matter how far it is. But the delivery time could be longer depending on where you live. We ship all over the world.
Once you place an order from HerbChina2000.com, your custom-made products will be created and shipped within 3-4 working days. We send your items out to you immediately when we get them ready. We want you to have it as soon as possible. Order paying by Check/Money Order/Bank Draft/Wire Transfer/Deposit will NOT ship until we receive payment.
Find out the status of your order
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to your freight carrier's website via email. You will be able to track your shipment from departure to arrival online. For some destination countries shipment is trackable not online but offline.
If you have a customer account with us you can log into your account to check the status of your order. If you would like you can also send us an enquiry with your name and order number by e-mai.
Our limitations
If you order products from us from outside the United States, you are responsible for all taxes or customs duties that might arise when the shipment enters your country. If your products are confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state, we can't do much about that. So we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.
Our return policy and guarantee
What you buy from HerbChina2000.com is a custom-made product created on a single order base. In the unlikely event you should decide to return a custom-made product, you will be charged a 40% creation deductable. The balance of your total minus shipping and the 40% creation deductable will be refunded.
For a refund, please return your products to us within 30 days of when you receive them. In original condition return products means no opened products (original shrink wrap must be in place). We would appreciate it if you could include a note saying why you're returning your order so we can improve our products and services. But no explanation is necessary. Any reason that's good enough for you is good enough for us.
We do not give refunds on any opened product. We do not accept returns on wholesale and B2B orders.
